1985 It all begins
It was 1985 when in the small town of Vibo Valentia, Salvatore Rampulla, a boy of just 20 but with big dreams, took over the "Vecchia Vibo" restaurant after various managements.
1995 Property purchase
For years in which work and sacrifices pay off and this young boy tries to make another dream his own, to open a small hotel and in 1995 he buys the property in front of the restaurant.
2005 Hotel inauguration
The renovation lasted ten very long years but if it is true that if you can dream it you can do it, the Hotel Vecchia Vibo was finally inaugurated on 3 October 2005.
2012 Purchase of Villa di Francia
Salvatore ormai imprenditore conosciuto e persona stimata nella sua città, manifesta ancora un altro sogno, dal quale si percepisce la sua ambizione, la determinazione e la voglia di lasciare un segno: desidera creare una location per eventi. L’occasione di realizzare questo sogno arriva inaspettatamente nel 2012, quando viene messa in vendita l’ala nord del Palazzo Di Francia, struttura ubicata proprio vicino all’Hotel e al Ristorante.
2019 Inauguration of Villa di Francia
The renovation and restoration work lasted seven years and finally the location for exclusive events was born, "Vecchia Vibo - Villa Di Francia".
